BAFTA Scotland & Glasgow Caledonian University

BAFTA Scotland is a charity that promotes and rewards excellence in the screen industries. BAFTA Scotland organise two awards ceremonies a year - the BAFTA Scotland New Talent Awards and British Academy Scotland Awards and run a year-round programme of Masterclasses and events, highlighting and rewarding talent in the games, television and film industries.

Glasgow Caledonian University run a range of Games courses including the world's only Psychology with Interactive Entertainment degree. The University is home to the eMotion Lab, undertaking groundbreaking research into emotional engagement.

The Scottish Game Jam is run by Glasgow Caledonian University and is one of the largest chapters of the Global Game Jam. Participants create a game in just 48hrs over one weekend in January each year.
